MAIN DUTIES

  • Design and implement strategies of China digital marketing and social media (paid and organic), Search Engine Marketing and Search Engine Optimisation campaigns for the Bank.
  • Communicate with global team to further develop and plan digital strategies for China.
  • Plan and execute own marketing campaigns and digital marketing initiatives to generate brand awareness, driving traffic and lead generation.
  • Plan and own the digital marketing work process, establishing good working relationships with internal stakeholders and team mates.
  • Content creation, content curation and copywriting in Mandarin for the Bank’s various communication channels print, internet, intranet, bank apps for client engagement, WeChat, Weibo, etc.
  • that draws and converts our target groups

  • Measure and report ROI, gain insights and assess against goals
  • WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Demonstrable hands-on experience / potential in the China digital marketing space plus willing attitude to learn
  • Proven skills in identifying target segments and in creatively devising communication messages / translation copy that engage, educate and motivate
  • Good eye for design and has a love for great copy and witty communication in native mandarin
  • Solid knowledge of the various marketing disciplines of PR, branding, advertising, event management and online marketing
  • Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets
  • MUST be team player
  • EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma holder / Bachelor’s degree
