Handle full set of accounts including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Journal

Petty cash management and staff expense reimbursement

Preparing bank reconciliation, monthly cost report and travelling cost reports

Handle daily accounting operation, voucher data inputs and filing document

Assist in month end closing of accounts, and preparation of ad hoc report in Asia

Assist in monitoring and controlling of capital and finance expenditures

Ensure all accounting information in compliance with company policies in a timely manner

Liaise with external auditors and service providers

Other general accounting duties as assigned

Diploma or above in Accounting or related discipline with LCC level higher

At least 3 years accounting experience of handling full set of account or related experience

Experience in using Flex system is a MUST

Self motivated and willing to learn

Good interpersonal and problem solving skills

Good numeric sense and strong analytical skills

Proficiency in MS Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
