Job Description :

  • Receiving visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately
  • Handling incoming calls, including screening, and diverting phone calls
  • Maintain office security and controlling access via reception desk
  • Provide administrative and clerical support on facility management
  • Job Requirements :

  • Secondary level or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially in MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good communication skill - verbal and written in English and Mandarin
  • Customer orientated, good interpersonal and formal presentation skills
