Job duties :
Handle general customers’ enquiries
Perform clerical duties related to property management
Provide support on ad hoc assignments
Job Requirements :
Form 5 or above or qualification equivalent to Qualifications Framework Level 3
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience preferably gained from property management industry
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Computer literate in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
