Job Description :
The candidate will be responsible for providing in-house IT maintenance and support.
Support school applications, system administration and system health check
Support and assist with various PC, Mac, laptop, iPad and network-based projects
Perform scheduled tasks
Provide IT support, helpdesk and troubleshooting for all users
Support daily IT operations and resolve related issues
Install new and existing software and hardware
Support data processing, reports generation, filing & other administrative works
Assist operation and maintenance of theater sound, lighting, rigging, multimedia equipment, cameras, video monitors, and related equipment and systems used in support of stage productions, meetings, and related events
Perform other duties as assigned
Job Requirement :
Higher Diploma or Degree holder in Information Technology or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of IT work experiences
Experience of Microsoft desktop, Microsoft Server and Linux platforms
Basic knowledge in networking such as switching, routing and firewall etc.
Deployment and maintenance of hardware and software
Good cross-cultural, interpersonal and communication skills
Good interpersonal, organizational, time management, integrity and flexibility in dealing with multi-functional tasks
Attention to details, self-motivated, proactive, deadline achievement, and ability to work independently and under pressure
Extensive experience in the school administrative management system, learning management system, Google Apps for Education, and a willingness to develop these further are of significant advantage in this role.
Appropriate qualifications and previous experience of working with students in an educational setting would be an advantage
