Job description

  • Support the CRM development in the company by building long term relationships with customers
  • Initiate and implement CRM activities in recruiting new customers
  • Develop CRM strategies consistent with the brand guidelines to sustain customer retention
  • Enhance customer experience to strengthen customer loyalty
  • Support Retail / Digital Department to provide holistic CRM analysis to maintain the sales growth
  • Plan and execute direct communication strategy for existing customers
  • Support loyalty program development to drive customer engagement and loyalty
  • Take advantage of loyalty program to strengthen VIP contribution
  • Execute email / message communications by using CRM / WeChat solution
  • Manage regular communications with customers and ensure conversion capability
  • Generate CRM reports to analyze customer lifecycle for future planning
  • Monitor CRM performance and develop KPI
  • Profile

  • University graduates of Business Management, Marketing, E-commerce or related disciplines
  • At least 5 years working experience in CRM and preferably in international retail brands
  • Experience working with CRM / WeChat solution
  • Strong analytical and coordination skills
  • Digital savvy experience in digital and e-commerce development
  • Excellent English and fluent Chinese are required
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Strong project management skills with ability to multi-task
