The Job :

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes in a timely and cost-effective way from job posting, CV screening, interview; extending offers;

salary negotiations to onboarding

Collaborate closely with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process to ensure we meet their hiring needs and goals

Attract talent via various source of recruitment channels

Regularly manage pipeline activity and share status updates / report with internal stakeholders

Establish and maintain good relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Team support to ensure teamwork efficiency

Other ad hoc duties as assigned

The Person :

Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline

A minimum of 1 year experience in mass recruitment

Independent, strong team spirit with positive learning attitude, multi-tasking and be able to work under a fast-paced environment

Proactive with good interpersonal and communication skills

Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Putonghua

Fresh graudate / candidate with internship is welcome

Immediate availability is preferable
