The Job :

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes in a timely and cost-effective way from job posting, CV screening, interview; extending offers;
  • salary negotiations to onboarding

  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process to ensure we meet their hiring needs and goals
  • Attract talent via various source of recruitment channels
  • Regularly manage pipeline activity and share status updates / report with internal stakeholders
  • Establish and maintain good relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Team support to ensure teamwork efficiency
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned
  • The Person :

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • A minimum of 1 year experience in mass recruitment
  • Independent, strong team spirit with positive learning attitude, multi-tasking and be able to work under a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Putonghua
  • Fresh graudate / candidate with internship is welcome
  • Immediate availability is preferable
