DB Ice Rink, sets to open in early 2020, will be the largest international sized ice rink in Hong Kong. It is going to become a destination attraction for figure and ice hockey skaters and families in Hong Kong.

This rink will be open to the general public for skating, coaching and instruction in the sport of ice skating. It will also host major events from ice shows to international figure skating competitions and ice hockey tournaments.

And we are hiring Assistant Manager Marketing & Membership

Responsibilities :

  • Reporting to the Director of Hospitality Marketing and Membership, the incumbent plans, organizes and manages marketing and branding campaigns with an objective to bring membership sales and / or business revenue to Auberge Hospitality facilities including Auberge Discovery Bay Hotel, Discovery Bay Recreation Club, Club Siena, Discovery Bay Golf Club, DB Ice Rink, prioritizing Lantau Yacht Club
  • Responsible for membership recruitment and management
  • Closely monitor industry trend, competitor’s analysis and consumer insights to identify business opportunities
  • Formulation of digital marketing strategies and execute social / online media marketing campaigns
  • Liaise with various internal and external partners for organizing publicity, marketing campaigns and events
  • Conduct marketing and membership campaigns review reports with analyses and recommendation for evaluation and business planning
  • Constantly monitor website and social media platforms’ efficiency and functionality
  • Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisors
  • Requirements :

  • University graduate with major in Marketing, Journalism, business administration or equivalent;
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in marketing or PR; experience in club membership is a plus
  • Knowledge in consumer / hospitality marketing and event organization
  • Social media savvy with solid work experience in digital marketing & copywriting
  • Team player with excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills;
  • Creative, highly motivated and responsible, with passion for the marketing in hospitality field;
  • Able to work under pressure and handle multi-tasks within tight timelines;
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin;
  • Strong PC skills in Microsoft Office and knowledge of online marketing and social media highly preferred. We offer an attractive remuneration package and excellent career opportunities to the right candidate.
