Senior Manager, Product and Partnership Management
Your role
Being the business champion to grow our digital lending business HKT Flexi by delivering right product solutions and client experience for target customers
Drive and launch new product features and propositions on an end-to-end basis, including working closely with stakeholders across multiple functions (e.
g. Legal, Compliance, Operations, Technology, Customer Services, etc)
Drive achievement of business results by initiating and implementing commercialization plan and marketing activities
Explore and drive digital FinTech partnership by leveraging Company’s asset and partners’ strength with a goal to create better value to the Company, partners and customers
Identify market opportunities, define business model and convince internal / external senior stakeholders to co-invest in digital partnership
Initiate and drive cross-selling opportunities to enhance customer value to the Company
Provide regular and timely update to management on business results and forecasts
Proactively initiate actions to address any issues and opportunities identified
To succeed in this role :
Bachelor degree in business management, finance, marketing or related discipline
5 years’ working experience in banks and financial institutes
Experience in unsecured lending (personal loan / credit card) is preferred
Experience in business management, marketing, and project management is preferred
Knowledge on latest development and trend of open API policy, credit card, payment and e-commerce will be advantageous
Excellent communication skills, proactive and able to work independently by influencing stakeholders at different levels
Able to thrive in ambiguous situations and manage stakeholder expectations
Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English
Be open-minded with creative thinking mind-set
Able to articulate business ideas and experienced in business negotiation
Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English
Less experienced candidate will be considered as Assistant Manager
