Tsuen Wan, New TerritoriesOverviewThe function of the Cinema Sales Manager, APAC is to build and manage a cinema dealer network in Asia Pacific and to foster and maintain strong customer relationships through honest, ethical, responsive and caring communication and service.
This position will establish, adapt and manage distribution channels to ensure maximum market share and long-term profitability for QSC and our channel partners while operating at a high level of effectiveness, efficiency and quality.
End user outreach to cinema circuits throughout the region will be required to promote QSC to key customers.ResponsibilitiesIs authorized and empowered to act on behalf of QSC in the execution of job scope and responsibilities.
Responsible for cinema sales and all sales-related activitiesManages cinema dealers and internal sales force including agreements, contracts, policies and procedures for cinema productsDevelops and maintains customer relationships with dealers and cinema circuitsPursues new customer and market opportunitiesAttends key tradeshows and events related to CinemaMay be required to be a presenter for QSC at industry seminarsEstablishes customer related policies and processes for APAC cinema accounts in conjunction with the Global Sales DirectorWorks with Order Desk, Logistics, Credit to ensure that all processes and procedures are followedEstablishes pricing and programs with the Director of Global Cinema SalesProvides sales oriented technical application supportNegotiates sales contracts and agreementsOperates in accordance with any budgets and sales objectives or quotes as directedAdvises on proper departmental technologies, processes and policiesProvides input for sales forecasts to Director of Global Cinema SalesPerform other duties as assigned, including budgeting and reporting activitiesQualificationsB.
A. Degree in Business and / or 5 years of sales management experienceExisting relationships with key Cinema Dealers and Theatre Chains in the regionGood computer skills including Oracle and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Email) Well-
developed oral and written communication skillsSolid time management skillsGood interpersonal skillsMust have budget, employment, pricing and negotiation experienceTechnical capability to specify and quote typical cinema sound systemsMust be located in APAC
