Summary :

The assistant will be the personal assistant of GM of HK & assisting team of HK. She / He will consolidate reporting and work closely with GM on specific missions.

She / He will assist HK team in the general administrative tasks and help creating a great working environment for the HK office.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Reporting for GM :

  • Weekly Sales report vs LY vs target
  • Monthly Sales tracking vs competitors & ranking
  • Monthly Brow bar report
  • Sales report sharing to third parties (SSC, partners, ...)
  • Clients / strategic Meeting preparation & arrangement
  • CM Meeting organization
  • Budget preparation
  • Assisting on specific missions for GM :

  • Relationship with retailers / vendors / landlords' management
  • Contract read proof and liaison with LVMH Legal team and partners;
  • Brand Annual Dinner project management;
  • Secretary duties :

  • Personal assistant for GM
  • Travel & Expenses of team
  • Presence and leave follow up for the team
  • Order products for office & free products for office follow up
  • Brand information download and organization from Global platform
  • Office management :

  • New comers welcoming
  • Office costs management and follow up (expenses payment preparation)
  • Office maintenance
  • Office activities organization (team meeting, lunches, Birthdays, trips, etc...)
  • Qualifications :

  • Strongly organized with a smile!
  • 2-3 years Assistant experience
  • 2-3 years Retail experience
  • Cosmetics experience preferred
  • Ability to analyze budget
  • Proficient at reading and analyzing numbers
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Flexibility regarding work hours
  • Willing to work in a laughter and fun environment
