  • To provide full technical support to the business partners which include dealers, SI, consultants and end-uers;* To assist sales function and business partners for product specification in the course of project tendering and bidding;
  • To provide assistance and technical support to the dealer, SI and end-users during the course of installation;* To provide training programs with target audience internally and externally;
  • To provide technical support and assistance to the advertising and brand building events; Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree with major of techncal fields* With at least 2 years of technical support working experience in professional audio industry, preferrably with broadcasting field.
  • With key communications system application technologies know-how.* Skilled use of CAD and other design tools is an advantage.
