Support superior in managing day-to-day operating expenditures against operating budgets to ensure efficient usage of resources
Provide input to retail / outlet sales plans based on experience. Implement action plans to achieve sales targets for assigned businesses / territories
Track self / team progress against key performance indicators and sales plans. Prioritize and review daily sales activities performed
Execute sales activities for assigned businesses / territories, including adequate stock, proper pricing structures, promotional campaigns, planogram implementation, etc.
Report on competitor activities / innovations and suggest in-store cross-merchandising opportunities to enhance sales.
Gather customer feedback and promptly act on it
Provide administrative support in implementing loss-prevention policies and plans to deal with inventory shrinkage at the outlets / stores
Record and maintain sales / stock movement data for reporting and tracking purposes
Execute continuous improvement activities on retail / outlet sales processes and customer issue resolution. Conduct training on customer service and backroom operations to enhance retail excellence
Maintain relationships with customers through understanding and meeting their requirements
Demonstrate basic knowledge and understanding of the industry / market / competitors / customers
Demonstrate basic knowledge in the management of retail operations
Demonstrate basic research and analytical skills
Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English, both written and spoken
Degree or professional qualification in Business Studies / Marketing / Economics or a related discipline
