Location : Central, HK
Working hour : 10 : 00-19 : 00 / 11 : 00-20 : 00
Able to work min. 3 days per week (Mon - Sun, on roster basis)
Salary : $70 per hour
Answer VIP members’ enquiries and handle complaints in a professional manner
Support and assist the company’s CRM and marketing activities
Handle administrative work for VIP loyalty program
Diploma or above qualification
At least 1 year customer service experience in luxury retail industry, with VIP service experience is highly preferred
Customer Centric and excellent interpersonal skill and a team player
Proactive, independent, self-motivated, aggressive and outgoing personality
Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
Hands on experience in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
