Our client is famous premium confectionery brand across Asia. They are well-established with continuous expansion. Due of business need, a golden opportunity has been arisen for the Human Resources Manager to join and lead the team.

Responsibilities

  • Act as HR business partner of designated portfolio
  • Provide full spectrum of HR advisory and partnering services to business portfolios within the organization, including manpower planning, performance management, promotion, internal transfer, training, talent development & succession and employee relations to meet the ongoing organizational changes and strategic needs
  • Facilitate team effectiveness interventions and provide coaching / consultancy to resolve conflicts and grievances
  • Provide advice and services on any employment related matter as required
  • Requirements

  • University graduate in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related discipline
  • Around 8 years’ experience in HR with minimum 5 years’ experience in HRBP role, preferably in F&B or retail industry
  • Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and other relevant regulations
  • Pro-active, self-motivated, multi-tasking and able to work under pressure
  • Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua is preferred
