Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review financial reports on monthly, quarterly or annual basis
  • Prepare and review annual statutory accounts including consolidation of various subsidiaries within the Group, in compliance regulations and company policies
  • Prepare and review Financial Resources and provide improvement advise
  • Responsible to operate clients’ bank account, staff expense and process on-time payment applications
  • Ensure timely billing of accounts and maintains a digital filing system for accounting records
  • Understand client’s business and identify associated processes and risks
  • Coach and review the work of the accountants in HQ
  • Qualification

  • Accounting or finance higher diploma or degree
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar position, preferably in professional services or client servicing role.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Independent, meticulous, pro-active, attentive to details, self-motivated, outspoken
  • Keen to learn, able to adapt in new challenges and with excellent communication skills
