工作職責 Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • To assist in the planning and execution of the training of 2019 "Hong Kong 200" Leadership Project (e.g. organizing lectures and experiential learning activities) by liaising with different partners such as founders of social enterprises and social leaders in Hong Kong
  • To communicate directly with the participants and guests on behalf of the Secretariat
  • To regularly maintain the social media platform (i.e. Facebook page)
  • To research and prepare evaluation reports;
  • To act as liaison, e.g. cold call, partners / trainers liaison, etc;
  • To provide support to data management, e.g. applicants, parents, teachers and guests data updates, etc.
  • To handle routine administrative works of the programme and other duties as requested by supervisor
  • 入職要求 Entry Requirements

    主修科目 Study Fields

  • Tertiary students or above.
  • 知識及技能 Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Experience in training, planning and designing programme
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Good computer skills on MS Office (Word, Excel & PPT) and Chinese word processing
  • Knowledge in multimedia software, video editing & social media platforms is preferred

  • Candidates may be required to undergo Sexual Conviction Record Check (SCRC) if job duties involve frequent contact with children
