The incumbent is responsible for providing administrative supports to both the Business Development and Client Management teams for all sales related and client management activities.
Job Responsibilities :
Provide clerical support to the Business Development & Client Management team to develop renewal proposal and relevant materials;
Distribute new product materials to brokers whenever there is any new product launch;
Blast out communication materials to brokers whenever there is product launch, event invitation or services updated;
Collaborate with internal operation teams and brokers to follow up on the pending issues, policy issuance;
Arrange souvenirs and materials for any sponsorship or broker events;
Assist on PowerPoint preparation, management of inventory for brochures and premiums;
Arrange payment requisition to Finance per the team request;
Follow up broker agreement / addendum and ensure all related documents are in place;
Assist on any ad-hoc business projects
Job Requirements :
Completion of secondary education preferably with 2 year’s administrative support experience;
Experience in insurance industry is an advantage;
PC literate strong knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook;
Good communication skills in Cantonese and English, both verbal and written;
Good communication and organizational skills with internal and external stakeholders;
Able to work under pressure and tight timeline;
Detailed oriented, organized and able to work independently;
University students or fresh graduate will be considered.
