Position
Parfums Christian Dior Asia Pacific is looking for high potential E Business Director. The position is based in Hong Kong, reporting to the Regional Business Head and closely working with E Commerce and E Retail teams in HQ in Paris.
The Regional E-Business Director is responsible for helping Parfums Dior continue to build and maintain a strong brand through a number of online and offline marketing channels, all while ensuring that the brand equity and vision is maintained.
He / She must work closely with the Regional Marketing team, focusing on product marketing, the implementation of marketing strategies, constant creation of reports and business analysis, CRM, PR, and communication.
Main Responsibilities :
Plan and implement marketing action plans according to international and regional company guidelines and objectives
Train and support the marketing department staff to establish high levels of productivity resulting in top-ranked final results.
Coordinate efforts amongst sales, training, and SSC teams to ensure effective plan execution
Thoroughly plan the marketing budget, coordinating with the finance department in order to guarantee correct cost forecasts
Constantly monitor and evaluate competitors’ marketing activities, providing the local and regional management teams with any collected information
Provide the local and regional teams with all marketing related reports
Profile
Qualifications & Skills :
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Marketing
Solid international Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) or luxury industry marketing experience
Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
Strong planning and analytical skills
Solid Project Management and prioritization skills
Creative and pro-active attitude
Capable of thinking innovatively
