Role And Responsibilities

  • Develop and drive the digital strategy and direction for the multiple business units / corporate functions within the group
  • Collaborate and manage external vendors for effective digital marketing campaign implementation
  • Initiate and execute digital campaigns via content development, social media activities, SEO / SEM, media & KOL management
  • Identify market insights form research data and industry best practice for business and marketing innovation
  • Analyse online user behavioural data and provide in-depth data-driven insights, strategic recommendations
  • Monitor social media trends, market insights, explore new digital media platforms and tools regularly, and competitor information
  • Requirements

  • University Degree holder, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication or related disciplines
  • Minimum of 8 years' relevant working experience in marketing field, preferably in digital advertising or social media marketing in Hong Kong and China
  • Strong numerical and analytical skill, ability to draw business insights and determine strategies out of research data
  • Exceptional communication, project management and organization skills. Proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at a time
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication, presentation skill in both English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Self-starter who thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment
