Summary : Clinical Marketing Manager / Specialist is a key position within the sales organization, helping to drive clinical relationships and providing technical and clinical understanding of the CyberKnife and TomoTherapy Systems .

Reporting to : This position reports to General Manager, Asia Pacific

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for delivering Tomo and CyberKnife clinical presentations with strong ability to position both Accuray technologies to customer long term plans and a bility to handle relevant clinical objections
  • Support customers’ clinical support needs in areas of treatment planning, treatment delivery, imaging, QA, and other treatment related areas
  • Assist in Asia Pacific region with hosting of Application Training workshops beyond the level of basic product training for existing customers at Accuray
  • Support will include phone support, on-site support and training, as needed, to ensure customers can effectively utilize their Cyberknife and TomoTherapy systems
  • Participation in the development of user and support personnel documentation that will facilitate successful use of the Cyberknife and TomoTherapy systems
  • Act as liaison between customers and marketing / development in providing suggestions for product improvements, enhancements, or corrections.
  • Is up to date on the utilization and deployment of all clinically related information, e.g. publications, treatment protocols, etc, to support the growth strategy in Asia Pacific
  • Assist with the identification and establishment of Reference Sites in Asia Pacific
  • Assist in training of Salesforce on products, positioning, competition as well as appropriate usage of clinical-related marketing collaterals.
  • Support local / regional trade shows as needed
  • Ability to travel to customer sites and other locations. Travel could be as high as 85%-90%
  • Qualifications :

  • Degree in Radiological Sciences / Dosimetry / Radiation Therapy Diploma / Radiation Physics
  • 6+ years of experience in medical device, or clinical RT or RS setting preferred
  • Experience troubleshooting and or supporting Linac operation from within an RT dept or in a support role preferred
  • Experience in a customer support role or training role for medical imaging or radiation treatment environment necessary
  • Knowledge of Medical Physics principles and practices desirable
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
  • Functional oral and written communication skills in Chinese (Mandarin) highly desirable
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills and enjoys traveling
