We are seeking a Senior Relationship Manager to be actively involved in continuing to grow and deepen our Energy & Renewables and Infrastructure unit.
To manage a portfolio of SOE Oil & Gas accounts
To implement strategy and action plans for the accounts responsible for.
To evaluate and make judgments on the credit risk applications and to be personally accountable for portfolio under management.
To engage in structuring of credit facilities, providing innovative solution to clients and cross-selling of full suite of banking products such as CCS, IRS, FX, cash management, DCM, ECM, M&A etc.
as well as explore financing possibilities moving up the value chain to midstream and upstream.
To negotiate loan and facility legal documentation, mindful of balancing protecting the Bank’s interests with clients’ interests.
To have close cross-border collaboration and strengthen connectivity with DBS network, leveraging on franchise and product capability to increase revenue share, and to scale / replicate across the ecosystem.
To prepare / review financial proposals including term sheets and / or presentations
Bachelor’s degree and 7-10 years relevant experience in sales
Relationship management experience with SOE is a plus
Ability to collaborate with internal and external partners
Good written and verbal communications skills
Ability to analyze and interpret financial data to make decisions
Independent, self-motivated and strong team player with ability to work in multicultural team
