The key transformation areas that this role will deliver on :
a) Effectiveness measurement of marketing investment and making investments work more impactfully.
b) Transform measurement and Analytics in the area of revenue growth management - Price and promotion analytics are critical focus areas
Secondary responsibilities include managing the regional relationship with Household Panel partners, Retail measurement partners.
Driving analytics on Panel data.
Manage and formulate strategies on data capability in the space of Effectiveness measurement, RGM
Understand business needs, gaps and identify right analytics plan and execute the plan at a regional or guide the execution of the plan at local level
Create Analytics protocols and materials to ensure they address business issues and employ right methodologies
Oversee implementation of all Analytics projects across categories to ensure smooth management of projects and their completion
Present the insights in an impactful way with clear recommendations and forward actions for the business team
Integrate learning across the region
Be an advocate of measurement and Analytics understanding
Train local insights and Analytics team
Effectively manage vendor / agency relationships with key analytics and insights vendors and to negotiate win-win business partnerships.
Deliver on Marketing effectiveness measurement programs across APAC along with Director Measurement and Analytics
Manage agency relationships, data set up, delivery process and findings
Deliver cross market learnings and ensure implementation of insights in business decisions in markets
Develop a best in class price and promotion analytics measurement approach
Drive implementation of price and promo analytics output in collaboration with market leads
Build key analytics on Panel data. Manage the regional Panel vendor relationship
SKILLS we are looking for :
Expertise in the Analytics space of Market Mix Modelling
Expertise in setting up analytics projects and translating analytics output to business outcome
Expertise in the space of Pricing and Promotion analytics. Expertise in primary research techniques like conjoint research and other pricing research an added benefit
Experience in handling consumer data and analysis of retail audit measurement, household consumer panel measurement, in-store measurement
FMCG industry experience, either inhouse or with analytics, research, media agency beneficial
Ability to communicate and work effectively across cultures in Asia Pacific.
Proficiency in English - written and spoken
10-12 years of relevant experience
