The Human Resources Vendor Governance team serves as a centralized function supporting Human Resources vendor relationships in the Asia region by ensuring adherence to departmental and Firm standards.
Job Scope Vendor / Supplier Governance Specialist - AVP / VP
In this role you will :
Support the HR third party supplier lifecycle from onboarding to termination of service
Perform contract assessments to determine compliance with terms and conditions and service level metric standards
Summarize Third Party Business Continuity Plans and internal contingency plans
Procure meeting minutes and other monitoring documentation from service owners
Review outstanding issues and action items to escalate as appropriate
Coordinate with business sponsors to obtain relevant information
Collect and review internal and external auditor reports (e.g SSAE16 or equivalent)
Conduct quality assurance of HR supplier details across Firm systems (and provide required reporting to sponsors / management)
Produce the HR Outsourcing Inventory where required by regulation (e.g. Singapore, Japan)
Summarize any HR risks resulting from third party supplier lifecycle from onboarding to termination of service. Work with regional governance committees to obtain appropriate approvals
Interface with Firmwide Third Party Programme Management regarding pending agreements and renewals
Engage with HR IT on technology related items as required
Work with the HR Vendor Governance Team globally contributing to global HR work streams and best practice forums
Assist various HR functional areas as needed to ensure timely completion of program requirements
Work with various stakeholders within the Firm to ensure HR compliance on vendor governance
To be successful in this role you will bring :
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Prior experience in a related field, preferably with in-depth knowledge and execution experience of third party supplier lifecycle & associated risks and / or procurement processes
Strong project management and organization skills
Understanding of Risk Management techniques
Attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft suite, specifically Excel
Excellent interpersonal and executive communication skills
Ability to learn and adapt quickly, with a flexible and positive attitude
Strong verbal and written English proficiency
