Sales Representative (Japanese Call Centre)
Your Role
Handle customer inquiries and feedback in a tactful and timely manner via interactive touch points, e.g. Hotline, Livechat, Email & Whatsapp
Perform consultative and proactive selling of company products & services
Assist in content creation for official Facebook page, online promotions and joint venture campaigns to acquire new customers
Establish good customer relationship by offering one-stop-shop service
Working location
Lai Chi Kok (nearby Mei Foo MTR Station)
Working hour s
42.5 hours per week (0900-1900)
Shift duty (including weekend & public holidays) is required
To succeed in this role
F.5 / DSE or above with 2 years of sales experience or Degree holder in any discipline
Fluent Japanese speaking or certificate holder of Japanese-Language Proficiency Test Level N1 or N2
Good command in written and spoken English
Fast and accurate Japanese typing skill (typing speed at 30+ wpm)
Good team player and able to work independently
