Job Duties :
Responsible for managing the promotion of regular (weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly) and ad-hoc Insights material onto the O2O channel, ensuring accuracy and timely completion while identifying opportunities for enhancement and efficiencies
Ensuring business marketing position and product’s price is relevant to market trend and consumer’s needs.
Set up New product / New business marketing strategy
Preparing New product / New business introduction plan and communicating with sales department and design team for supporting.
Responsible for O2O marketing strategies, promotion, product management to support brand development
Develop promotion tools, product catalogues, leaflets, app, DMs etc.
Responsible for CRM campaign, implement CRM initiatives
Manage customer loyalty program and engagement activities
Good team player with creative dynamic personality
Good English and Chinese skills, fluent Mandarin is preferred.
Professional, flexible, appropriate and responsible, able to handle multiple tasks at the same time.
Strong analytic and planning skills.
Master in PowerPoint, present and marketing communication materials support.
Great communication skills, project management skills.
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin is a plus.
