Key Responsibilities :
Responsible for DC site selection of on-net and off-net resource of IDC business;
Work closely with Product Management, Corporate Strategy and other stakeholders to initial new projects and potential acquisition opportunities;
Conduct market analysis including regional IDC competitors and industry verticals;
Create detail financial model analysis with highly complex deal structures;
Coordinate multiple consultants, IDC partners and contractor teams;
Conduct and review due diligence reports and information

Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in data center or real-estate industry, understand deeply about the logical of site selection;
Strong proposal development skills, solid negotiation skills, and excellent oral and written communication skills;
Ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects / programs, across multiple business functions;
Demonstrate good understanding of program / project management methods and tools;
Demonstrate the ability to learn and process new information quickly, identify and leverage the appropriate in-house or outsourced technical experts on the project team;
Demonstrate ability to lead successful projects in a rapidly changing environment;
Analytical approach to problem solving, risk assessment and strategy
