As the Product Marketing Manager on the Large Customer Marketing team in Hong Kong, you will lead the strategy, planning and communication of Google Ads and YouTube solutions for our customers and work with Sales teams in driving Google Ads and YouTube ads business from advertisers and agencies.
In this role you will find innovative ways to engage with customers, educate the users of our ad products, promote Google and YouTube business and equip our teams with the information and tools they need to work more effectively.
In addition, you will work to inspire and educate marketers in Hong Kong with industry-leading market insights, shaping ads marketing strategy and communicating via both specific and scalable marketing channels.
You will work cross-functionally, collaborating with other marketing teams across Google’s regional and global offices.

Lead Hong Kong ads marketing covering both Google Ads and YouTube and be an expert on the formats, solutions, tools, brand positioning and oversee the narratives / activations for the same.
Collaborate with Sales, Specialist Team, Hong Kong Marketing and APAC Large Customer Marketing teams to deliver the annual ads marketing plan, identify ads marketing strategic priorities and create a Go-to-Market plan.
Help develop Google Ads and YouTube presence in the ads industry with thought leadership articles, customer and executive presentations, case studies and other content.
Develop compelling communications and creative assets that shift advertiser perceptions and behaviors, and identify / scope areas for experimentation to drive large advertiser and agency education, engagement and Google solutions adoption.
Lead messaging and / or content for B2B branding events, and manage planning and execution of the programs and related budget.
Minimum qualifications :
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
Relevant marketing experience.
Ability to speak and write English and Cantonese fluently.
Preferred qualifications :
Experience in brand marketing, content marketing, ads product marketing / sales insights.
Ability to develop B2B marketing strategies that can reach and engage with different levels of customers, support and enable sales teams.
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic and constantly evolving context.
Ability to be organized, structured, and proactive, with excellent strategic and problem-solving capabilities and an eye for constant innovation.
Excellent presentation and communication skills, and comfortable presenting to senior decision makers, with creative flair to bring fresh ideas into product positioning and marketing campaigns.
Demonstrated leadership skills, self-motivated, and willingness to collaborate.
