The Department
As part of the Club’s Membership, Strategic Marketing & Branding Division, Membership Performance & Intelligence is responsible for supporting implementation of Membership strategy through building best-in-class intelligence and develop end-to-end CRM capabilities driving analytical and operational CRM initiatives.
You will :
Partner with internal business units on confirming the CRM campaigns requirements, target selection criteria and campaign materials across different stages of campaign development cycle
Work closely with internal teams on system setting for effective reach on the target members
To monitor the CRM programs, perform data analysis and generate dashboard for management regular review
Participate in any ad-hoc data analyses, modelling and business evaluation projects as assigned
You should have :
A university degree in Business, Statistics, Marketing or other related disciplines
Minimum of 2 years relevant working experience in CRM Project implementation, preferably experience in customer lifestyle management or hospitality
Good project management skills, multi-tasking and time management skills as well as a strong interest in data analyses and / or CRM
Solid experiences in using MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Access and SQL for business practices. Knowledge and experiences in using any data visualization tools will be of advantageous
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proficiency in both English and Chinese.
Ability to work independently and under pressure
