Our Sales Manager (Hong Kong) is the front-line leader of Chope’s growth in Hong Kong! Reporting to the GM of Hong Kong, they play a pivotal role in leading, grooming, and shaping the Hong Kong Sales team.
About the role
In addition to their leadership role, they will also need to generate leads, follow up, and close sales opportunities. As part of nurturing strong account relations, they will be a key contact for their clients, and also undertake contractual and marketing related account management.
Like the team they lead, they will be expected to meet monthly sales targets, and work closely with our marketing and operations teams to help our clients get the most out of the Chope platform.
Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing sales team
Acquire, develop, and close sales opportunities through a combination of channels, including but not limited to, referrals, networking, cold calls, and face-to-face meetings
Build a lasting relationship with restaurant decision makers to maintain the possibility of future sales
Consult and make recommendations to restaurant decision makers on our products and services while communicating the value of joining the Chope network
Skills & Experiences required
2 years’ experience in leading a team
2-3 years’ experience in B2B sales
Fluency in spoken and written English
Possesses a natural ability to network and build lasting business relationships
Understands the techniques of a consultative sell
Independent and result-driven mindset, with the ability to be productive and efficient with minimal or no supervision in a fast-
paced and dynamic work environment
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
While not required, the following skills / experience will be favourably considered
Experience in the sale of restaurant reservations / table management systems such as ResPak etc., or in other food and beverage related SaaS products
