He / She need to plan strategically for a 3 years plan and execute accordingly.
He / She need to process strong C-level relationship with GovPub customers, bring in profitable opportunity, and manage complex enterprise solution lifecycle from bid evaluation to tender submission to negotiation to delivery to AR collection.
Hunt for new customers and opportunity.
Be able to act as individual contributor to manage opportunities lifecycle when the sales team is small.
Responsible for hiring the right candidates and develop the sales team according to plan.
He / She need to help his sales team to navigate both internally for management / presales / technical support, as well as externally with vendors / suppliers and customers’ personnel, to maximize success, effectiveness and profitability.
Sell infrastructure / software / 3rd platform solutions and services to new and prospective customers by leveraging technologies form major global vendors and expertise from Tech Data.
Regularly plan, execute, review and revise GovPub business plan
Ensure individual’s account plans are well prepared and executed accordingly to meet assigned targets.
Work closing with pre-sales / services resources leaders and GM to plan for necessary resources or investment required to support customer’s opportunities and requirements.
Proven track record as a successful sales team leader.
Experience in hunter-type selling with rich experience in developing new customer base.
Proven track record as a top sales performer with seven figures annual revenue.
Proven success in building relationship and business success with Government and Public sectors in Hong Kong.
Ability to analyze and evaluate territory dynamics and develop a winning sales plan
Ability to communicate technical and business concepts and relate them to Tech Data solutions and customer needs
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Fluency in Cantonese and English, both written and spoken
Typically requires minimum 10 years sales experience of information technology in infrastructure and / or software solutions with minimum 5 years focusing on Government and Public sector domain.
Minimum 3 years sales team leadership position.
Experience working in a vendor or system integrator environment is preferred.
Bachelor s degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Computer or other relevant discipline.
