Who we're looking for
We are looking for a Product Manager / Associate Product Manager who is excited about the crypto market. You are someone who dives deep into research on different crypto projects - or - someone who is obsessed with sniffing out the next 100x coin by lurking in ape groups.
Obsessions aside, you are a data-driven product person who is passionate about blockchain, cryptocurrencies and its emerging applications.
You are excited to deliver value through assisting others on their crypto journey, and accelerate user acquisition / engagement of the Crypto.com ecosystem.
You will help build user-centric data products at Crypto.com / price, create and test hypotheses, work with designers and engineers to build, measure and learn, all the while keeping an eye on user needs, competitive landscape, and market trends to help the team get ahead.
What you will be doing
Work closely with our product managers, designers and development team through the build-measure-learn phases
Act as the product owner in a scrum team
Define the the what and why - through user stories, mockups and PRDs
Contribute to the overall product roadmap and strategy
Responsible for launching new features based on the roadmap and timelines
Conduct user research, interviews and data analysis to identify customer needs, pain points and potential market gaps
Stay up-to-date with the latest blockchain projects, market trends and propose new ideas
Who you are
You are obsessed with acquiring knowledge of blockchain / cryptocurrency / NFT projects and know where to find them
1-5 years of experience in a product role with relevant experience shipping and iterating on SaaS products
An analytical and data-driven work style
Strong communication, storytelling and stakeholder management skills
Excellent command of English, Mandarin Chinese
A team player, self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast paced and dynamic environment
Working knowledge of Confluence, Jira
Working knowledge of analytics tools - Google Analytics, Mixpanel or similar
