Conduct outbound call activities for promoting insurance products and card services
Achieve assigned sales target
Provide high standard service and support to customers
Build good and ongoing relationships with customers
IIQE Paper 1,2, 3 are required
Minimum 2 years’ experience in Call Centre; and with customer service experience in life insurance products preferred
Effective customer engagement and good interpersonal skills
Proactive, independent, self-motivated
Positive attitude and able to work under pressure
Good command in both spoken and written English and Cantonese, proficiency in Mandarin is a plus
