Lead a project delivery team to solve client’s burning issues and help clients to achieve new performance highs
Provide intellectual leadership for the team and ensure that the project is delivered on time and within budget, harnessing the team's diversity to ensure the development of creative solutions to complex problems
Demonstrate strong analytical capabilities and apply knowledge of selected tools and techniques, to understand and translate, simplify and prioritize the requirement as well as root cause analysis for remedial actions / preventive measures
Develop expertise in customer insight & growth experience practice areas to increase the breadth and depth of our knowledge base and capabilities
Excellent understanding of quality assurance, control, metrics and continuous improvement
6 - 10 years of working experience with insurance clients or insurance companies, and experience working with workflow / business process management solutions
Strong experience in the Life Insurance or P&C domain and should have worked on various insurance programs focusing on digital transformation, operational excellence, strategic engagements
Knowledge in Insurance Products / Process and Insurance Core System and good working knowledge on at least one core Insurance platform in the APAC region for life Insurance
Strong experience in various consulting / transformation programs covering some of the areas including Distribution, New Business, Underwriting, Claims, Policy Servicing, Product experience or Reinsurance
Experience in end-to-end Insurance operating model design, business process design initiatives, experience in business process re-engineering
Able to lead and drive project delivery independently with minimal or no supervision required and brings in experience of managing clients independently
Strong stakeholder management with business / IT stakeholders and subject matter experts, able to create and deliver high-impact communication to senior audiences
Language know-how (Excellent written and oral in English, additional skills on Mandarin or Cantonese speaking will be preferred)
Excellent presentation skills with exposure to using MS-Office, Visio, Jira, Confluence is important. Knowledge in project management (Waterfall / Agile Scrum)
Experience in BPR, Lean Six Sigma certified is a definite plus
