Responsibilities :

  • Handle general enquiries through inbound calls
  • Resolve customer complaints and urgent matter via phone
  • Conduct contact center administrative work when necessary
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Ad-hoc duties is required
  • Requirements :
  • F.5 or above
  • F.5 or above
  • Experience in customer service industry is a must, with call centre / banking experience is highly preferred
  • Customer-oriented , able to work independently and work under pressure
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese,
  • Good in MS Office and typing skills
  • Shift duty is required
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
