and to manage and strengthen the business relationship with clients.
Job Description :
Work closely and provide support the Client Services Manager to provide quality services to clients related tasks as assigned and be responsible to their requirements and enquiries;
Facilitate the collection and resolution for all client services enquiries and issues
Coordinates with relevant internal teams to resolve client enquiries;
Coordinates financial statement year-end audit and support audit queries and prepare audit supporting
Responsible for any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Client Services Manager
Assist in preparing documents / presentation materials for regular client service review meetings
Be responsible to perform and complete all required internal client review and procedures to comply with internal policies and requirements e.
g. monthly client billing, client KYC regular review, client annual review, client risk rating annual review, etc.;
Support the coordinates of new account / new market opening activities;
Facilitates cross divisional resolution of business line conflicts; elevates issues to next level of executive management as appropriate;
Assist in supporting internal projects or provides project support to project owners within the team as assigned by the Client Services Manager;
5-10 years related experience in financial services;
Demonstrated strong knowledges in asset servicing and asset management functions;
Fund Accounting / Administration knowledge or background
Strong verbal & written communication, interpersonal, analytical and time management skills;
Strong team player, self-motivated, ability to work effectively and autonomously;
