Administrative Assistant II / Executive Officer (several posts) in the Li Ka Shing Faculty of Medicine (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-
year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability)
Applicants should possess a good university degree with at least 3-5 years’ relevant hands-on managerial experience at supervisory level in the education sector or of a related field.
They should be self-motivated with strong work ethic, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision and under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
They should also be a good team player with the ability to multitask and be attentive to details An excellent command of English and Chinese a high level of communication, interpersonal, organizational and problem-
solving skills; as well as an appropriate level of IT knowledge are essential. Those with lesser experience may be considered for appointment as Executive Officer.
The appointees are expected to provide high-level administrative support to different work areas including education programme management, financial budgeting, human resource management, research administration, student wellness and development, as well as internal and external communications.
Their appointments will be made under the Faculty, and the appointees will be posted to the various associate deaneries, as well as schools and departments, in a rotational manner.
All shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend an interview and written test.
