Job Responsibilities :
To oversee the update / implementation of the policies, guides, operational manuals for each key CBG business line and product;
to ensure the current effective polices, guides, operational manuals are reviewed on regular basis so that adequate controls are in place which align with regulatory, regional and local requirements.

Ensure procedures implemented are effective and in compliance with regulatory, regional and local requirements
Procedures implemented are with adequate controls to mitigate the potential risks in all aspects
Drive for operation efficiency, continuous work improvement & mitigating risk on CBG operational processes
Documentation including terms & conditions, forms and vouchers etc are processed effectively with both interest of the Bank and customer protected
Establish policies, guides, operational manuals for each key CBG business line and product to ensure full compliance with regulatory, regional and local requirements and maintain adequate controls in place.
Regular review of policies, guides, operational manuals, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement to ensure sufficient risk control, operational effectiveness and sales capacity
Regular review internal and external forms, vouchers and term sheets to promote effective operations and protection of interest to both the Bank and customers with compliance to regulatory, regional and local requirements.
Proactively monitor the performance of internal business providers in the provision of services to ensure their services standard to be met with SLA.
Review, design & implement operation manuals for new products / services launch
Participate and take proactive role to provide requirement and operational related advices for system enhancement
Support regular health check and self-assessment by business liens to ensure the procedure and documentation are of properly adherence to regulatory, regional and local requirements
Deliver regular trainings on newly released / updated polices, guides and operational manuals.
Provide coaching & training to staff whenever necessary to ensure their understanding and familiarization of the polices, guides, operational manuals
Participate in major projects, customer journeys and employee journeys
Job Requirements :
At least 3-5 years’ experience in consumer banking, operation management / risk control related exposure is preferred. In-
depth knowledge of banking business operations, processes, products and services.
Bachelor or above degree holder
Strong communication, influencing, presentation and project management skills
Excellent planning, organizing and analytical skill along with good judgment
Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently and under pressure
Excellent in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
Good project management skills in planning
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Proficiency in MS Office software
Knowledge in legal / compliance knowledge will be an advantage
