We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as Merchant Business Manager.

Principal responsibilities

  • To recruit EPS major merchant in special market segments to generate maximum transactions and revenues
  • To work side by side with Major Merchant Business Executive in business development and major merchant promotional activities
  • To provide leadership to a sales team, coach, and motivate the salesforce to achieve said targets
  • To conduct statistical analysis on sales results and other measurable promotional projects
  • To provide market intelligent support with the whole sales and marketing team
  • To identify new or unexplored market segments for business development in order to increase EPS transaction volume and generate additional revenues
  • Requirements

  • University graduate, relevant working experience in card related department, including sales, and operation sections with proven track record, and sales experience in approaching the senior management of major merchants
  • Solid managerial experiences in leading sales team
  • Hands on knowledge of Words, Excel, PowerPoint, and on the job training for new skills if required
  • Good knowledge of the debit and credit card business in Hong Kong
  • Good interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively to both internal and external parties
  • Good command of oral and written English
  • Should possess good problem solving skill
