Reports to : Cargo Accounting ManagerDepartment : Financial Services (FIN)PurposeHandle system related issues / tasksCommunicate with system vendor and CX IM for incident / system bug / enhancementRaise enhancement request to Cargo / CX IMCommunicate with the Cargo Revenue Accounting staff the new system developement and impactsKey ResponsibilitiesAct as Focal Point & CRA Rep to attend all CSP related meetings and discussions with CSDO, ITCGO & Champ, such as : Daily WebEx review meeting for MR, HF etc fixing resultMonthly ORG review meetingWeekly joint meeting with CSDO & ITCGO for CargoSpot IssuesReview and submit CR for CRA enhancementsAttend AWR, CR, Incident clarification etcAnswer enquiries from GGT, CSDO, IT (ITCGO, CDSS, RAS, SAP) and ChampCoordinate with GGT for CSP DR Drill Exercise with ChampBug Fixing : Coordinate with GGT, CSDO & ITCGO on incident reportingPrioritize CRA incident items for bug fixing & submit the list to CSDOPlan and arrange GGT to do testing in CSP Test environment & RegressionTest in UAT environment before PROD deploymentDaily update testing result to CSDOCoordinate with Champ & ITCGO for : Data Patching before Sales Billing and Monthly ClosingRerun CSP billing jobFollow up CDSS, RAS & SAP Interface Failures and provide preventive methods to stop reoccurrence in future, such as : Work with CSDO to issue Notificaiton Emails to Worldwide CSP usersEnhancement work within CDSSWork with GGT to produce CSP BI reportsRequirementsA degree holder in Accounting with professional designation in Accountancy preferredMinimum 7 years' revenue accounting experience of which 3 years' experience in supervisory role.
