Customer Service Officer

Company : Corporation / Salary : $Negotiable

Responsibilities :

  • Handle customer enquiries timely and tactfully
  • Compile export documents timely and accurately
  • Monitor bookings including block, route, allocation and unnatural gateway
  • Co-ordinate with Traffic controller for maximizing space utilization
  • Handle cargo overflow
  • Handle problem cases as assigned
  • Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned
  • Requirements :

  • University graduate with at least 1 year’s relevant experience, preferably in the container transport industry
  • Well versed in full set of I / E documents
  • Independent, well-organized and detail-minded
  • Good communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills
  • Proficient in MS applications
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Putonghua is a plus
