Working alongside a professional team in the Group’s Head Office, we are seeking a company secretarial professional to join the Company Secretarial and Legal Department to support HSH and the Group’ subsidiaries worldwide.

Key Accountabilities
Handle company secretarial matters for HSH group companies including but not limited to drafting and reviewing minutes and settlement of invoices
Support the Management and assist in the preparation of annual and interim reports, announcements, circulars and other necessary documents (including Chinese translation)
Ensure the compliance with Listing Rules, Companies Ordinance and other statutory and regulatory requirements
Assist in organising the AGM (including the preparation of the chairman’s script)
Responsible for the maintenance and updating for the Group’s secretarial records and filing system
Handle bank accounts and loan facilities matters with Treasury Department
Assist in handling shareholders’ enquiries
Provide administrative support to the department and assist in ad hoc corporate projects for the Group
General requirements
Well familiar with the Companies Ordinance, Listing Rules and other relevant
Knowledge of Companies Ordinance in the Group’s overseas subsidiaries is advantageous
Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on company secretarial experience
Bachelor’s Degree in business, Corporate Administration or related discipline
Member of HKCGI / CGI
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Well-organized, strong problem-solving skill, good interpersonal skills and a good team player
