Provide comprehensive HR services to designated business units, including but not limited to manpower planning, employee engagement, staff performance and people development.
Be a strategic advisor to business leaders and stakeholders on HR strategic planning coping with the business growth and transformation
Partner with HR functional team on providing professional and effective HR solution to different staff enquiries across the region
Liaise closely with business unit leaders and department heads on talent management programs include identifying talents, facilitating talent review programs, etc.
Participate in corporate HR projects such as change management and re-organization programs
Degree holder in Human Resources Management or equivalent
A minimum of 12 years' solid HR experience of which at least 5 years as a business partner
Regional HR experience with knowledge in local labour laws is required
Successful track record in participating HR change management and re-organization projects would be an absolute advantage
Strong business acumen with strategic mindset
Effective communication and excellent interpersonal skills with different levels of staff
Excellent command in both written and spoken English
