Responsibilities :

  • Provide comprehensive HR services to designated business units, including but not limited to manpower planning, employee engagement, staff performance and people development.
  • Be a strategic advisor to business leaders and stakeholders on HR strategic planning coping with the business growth and transformation
  • Partner with HR functional team on providing professional and effective HR solution to different staff enquiries across the region
  • Liaise closely with business unit leaders and department heads on talent management programs include identifying talents, facilitating talent review programs, etc.
  • Participate in corporate HR projects such as change management and re-organization programs
  • Requirements :

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • A minimum of 12 years' solid HR experience of which at least 5 years as a business partner
  • Regional HR experience with knowledge in local labour laws is required
  • Successful track record in participating HR change management and re-organization projects would be an absolute advantage
  • Strong business acumen with strategic mindset
  • Effective communication and excellent interpersonal skills with different levels of staff
  • Excellent command in both written and spoken English
