Today we are looking for a role for a UI / UX Designer with a focus on the digital channel including internet, mobile and other emerging direct channels.

As a member of the design team at Capco Digital you will bring creative excellence to multiple projects. From brainstorming through implementation you will have the opportunity to work on multidisciplinary teams and influence costumers experience through problem solving and end-
to-end propositions. We are looking for hybrid designers that can take the passion to deliver high quality experiences, starting with the client needs, to full development propositions.
Setting the direction for client engagements and lead discovery engagements, design, plan and lead strategy, user research, interaction design and usability testing activities
Using your research and design thinking skills across a variety of environments to challenge the status quo and help translate business challenges into innovative outcomes and digital solutions
Taking research insights and turning them into service and design output, communicated in compelling ways using personas, storyboards, experience maps, service-
design blueprints, sketches, wireframes and prototypes
Leading small teams of consultants to deliver small and medium sized projects with minimal oversight from account managers, or work as part of a team on bigger projects
Presenting to and managing stakeholders, the role requires excellent communication and presentation skills
Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
Create prototypes that can be rapidly shared with clients or costumers
Work closely with engineering as your project is being developed, delivering any necessary annotations / design specifications
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and unite business goals and user goals
Mentor and train junior designers
Minimum 3 years experience working in or with large organisations designing propositions and detailed user experience for enterprise applications used by expert-users
Proven experience creating key deliverables such as detailed user journeys, user flows, wireframes, prototypes for complex systems, web and mobile applications
Proficiency using different design tools such as, but not limited to, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Principle, Axure or similar prototyping tools
Great written and verbal communication skills
