Sales Manager (Medical device field)

Lead the Surgical Technologies (Navigation, ear, nose and throat) business in HK to construct business strategies, plan promotional activities to achieve milestones and capture sales opportunities.
Take lead in sales management, key account management, and customer engagement.
Plan and execute quarterly sales & marketing plan to achieve sales goals and objectives.
Submit periodic reports of sales call activities, sales consumption, and training needs.
Develop annual and quarterly business plan, ensure proper execution.
Assist sales force to develop and enhance selling skill thru sales activities, direct field interaction with the team.
Take lead in field sales activities and monitoring to reinforce safe force competency, Medtronic market position, delivering supports to customers and patients.
Work closely with Sr, Business Manager of Restorative Therapies Group, and Marketing / Product Manager to ensure execution of marketing strategies and activities.
Work closely with function teams to ensure sales and business operations are effective.
Ensure company quality, compliance, and business code of conduct are met.
Other duties as delegated by the reporting manager.
Bachelor degree in Science, Medical Science or Business Administration
At least 5 - 7 years experience in the healthcare environment, experiences in supervising a sales team
Ability to absorb complex technical product knowledge
Able to solve complicated product and technical issues with advice from product / education specialist
Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation skills
English language capability in technical reading and communication
