We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Client Care Manager .

Principal Responsibilities

  • Handle and manage customer complaints from various channels strictly in accordance with internal and external requirements and report special cases to management immediately
  • Collaborate with stakeholders for investigation in order to resolve complaint within SLA
  • Champion the sharing of identified improvement area / loop hole and takeaway from complaint handling with stakeholders to improve customer experience
  • Conduct service quality assessments and provide training / coaching to monitor and maintain service standard
  • Support the review of internal procedures and preparation of management reports / papers
  • Requirements

  • Solid years of experiences in customer services, especially in complaints handling
  • With insurance background (Life and EB)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Logical thinker, aiming to solve tasks and conflicts in a respectful and harmonious manner
  • Resilient, open-minded with high level of independency
  • Proficient English and Chinese, both written and spoken
  • Confidence to interact with varying levels of seniority
  • Customer-centric
  • University Graduates
  • Excellent mediation, analytical, problem-solving skills and able to handle complaints independently
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of verbal and written English and Chinese. Proficient in Putonghua would be an advantage
  • Proficient in common PC applications, such as MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, etc
