Validate and process payment items for channels
Perform account and ledger reporting
Handle agency commission and bonus payments accurately in timely manner
Prepare tax reporting documents to Inland Revenue Department
Participate various of system enhancement
Assist in ad-hoc analysis / projects as assigned by supervisor
Qualification & Experience
Associate Degree / Higher Diploma / University degree holder in any discipline. Fresh graduate is also welcome.
Work experience in various of agency administrations function, or administrative work is preferred.
Knowledge / Skills
Good in communication skills and organization skills
Good team player. Willing to learn and mature with good manner.
Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Proficiency in MS office applications including Word, Excel & Power point
Good in both written and spoken English and Chinese
