The challenge is to :
Provide strategic oversight of HR process transformation including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, employment changes, HR data management and payroll in Group level
Be the champion of improvement and innovation in these HR processes across the DFI group, positively influencing how our 60,000 team members interact with these processes
Own and lead the transformation programmes to enable successful implementation, driving end to end changes from strategy to change management
Promoter of technology and innovation to drive process efficiency such as development of automation solutions to improve efficiency and leveraging best practices
Engage senior leaders for alignment and sponsorship while working with the operational team to earn buy-in and ownership throughout the change journey
Do you have experience in HR Transformation?
Experience in leading multi-function, multi-locational HR transformation programmes, with high complexity in diverse team
Strategic consulting skills coupled with significant experience developing and implementing transformational business strategies
Effective management of stakeholder interests across a complex organisational structure
Excellent interpersonal, influencing and communication skills
10+ years’ validated experience, experience in retail will be an advantage
Degree qualified
