Human Resources & Administration Manager

Job Duties :

  • Assist Regional HR & Admin Director in full spectrum of HR functions including staff planning, recruitment and selection, orientation, payroll system and coordination with managers of other departments on their needs and requirements
  • Oversee the daily operation for 4 offices in China
  • Responsible for preparing statistical analysis and management reports in monthly basis
  • Handle ad-hoc projects assigned
  • Requirements :

  • University Degree preferably in HR Management or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years' solid experience in HR operations, preferable in Retail industry
  • Mature, multi-tasking and with good leadership skills
  • A proactive team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in both written and spoken Mandarin is a must
  • Experience in China is definite advantage
