This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a committed individual to strengthen their communication skills, writing skills, presentation skills and project management skills.
Assist the Pitch Manager in partnering with all the company’s business lines to drive the quality, consistency, and creativity of their business development efforts, covering property marketing, client presentations, pitches, and RFP responses
Support in RFP responses, developing templates, planning and assisting with the bids / pitch process and delivering documents
Assist in preparing proposal materials, including writing, editing, verifying and formatting proposal information; coordinate the gathering, and collate data and content input;
proofread content, ensure appropriate corporate branding is in place
Communicate with project teams to understand client’s needs, to differentiate our sales deliverables, and to conceptualize key messages from brief to execution
Collaborate with the design team to curate themes, convert key messages and content into visually impactful pitch documents and presentations
Support in engaging various technology tools to produce creative, highly engaging print and digital deliverables
Partner closely with Client Care, Research, Sales Management, and Marcomms teams in the development of company-wide initiatives to create a compelling proposal and to support business growth
Ensure the accuracy of pursuit tracking and reporting data on Salesforce
Help implementing and driving CBRE’s global sales methodology Finishing First

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Management, Marketing, Communication, Digital, Real Estates, or related disciplines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English. An ability to speak Mandarin is an advantage.
Technically savvy, knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential
